Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if for some unfortunate reason you need to return your item, please follow the steps below to do this:

In your delivery you will have received a delivery note in which there is a form for returns. Please complete this form and include with it any returned items:

The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to the store within 7 days of receipt of delivery.

All return items must be unworn, unwashed with all tags in place, and with order number or proof of purchase. *Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or deodorant or anything which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

All shoes purchased must be tried on, on a carpet and returned in the original box with all packaging.

The customer must cover the cost of the return of the goods. We cannot guarantee a return of item so please we strongly encourage you to send it via courier or tracked post. Should any uninsured items be damaged during the returns process please note that you will be responsible for them.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your the original method of payment, we will endeavour to this on the day we receive your return but please note it may take several days to reach your account.

We have the right to refuse to accept delivery if delivery is not made within 7 days return period. We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged.

Please note

  • Items received by us without a returns number will be sent back to the customer.
  • Items purchased online CANNOT be returned to Crave Boutique Naas in person without prior authorisation or a returns number.
